When you take into account that ZeniMax received a $300 million investment to, among other things, "finance massively multiplayer online games" and that, as VE3D pointed out, ZeniMax opened up a online game division headed up by Mythic co-founder Matt Firor, then you definitely have enough pieces of the puzzle to believe that an Elder Scrolls MMO is in development. "

Interesting - something many have hoped for - and if the quality of their single player games is anything to go by, a very promising mmo this could be.
Or they could be just buying it up in case they decide to one day create an online game.....
