    Soon™

And yes, the new content will cover CoV as well.

NCSoft/Cryptic never give a release date for issues. That way if something comes up and they can't make the release date some of the players don't start whining.

Some time after the Holloween event and before the winter event.

also when i tried the trial.... i chose villain then i choose heroe... then customize then still the characters all look villain.... why is that?

Both games use the same costume creator, with the same options. Looking like a villian or a hero is all about the way you build the costume.

so maybe a month or so? or is the winter event starting sooner then a month from now?

Its not really one game, you don't need one to play the other. They just share the costume creator and the game client. Wether you have access to Coh, Cov, or both depends on the code you used.

the problem comes from morons working in marketing.  they marketed cov as a separate game and then realized that was stupid.  which is where hopeful-fixes like good vs. evil boxes came in.

i say it was stupid, because since it's release, cov, if that's all you own, has been all but neglected/ignored these past two years.  if cov were a game which had been released solo by a new company; it'd have already folded due to neglect by devs which would result in pissed off players playing mmos which actually get updates.

could we please get correspondent writers and moderators, on the eve forum at mmorpg.com, who are well-versed on eve-online and aren't just passersby pushing buttons? pretty please?

Oh yes completely neglected. Unless you count the Lord recluse Strike Force, new power sets for brutes and stalkers, 40-50 content (even if you don't care for it they put it in), Hami raid for villians, new lvl 35-50 co-op zone. Plus, everything in issue 11 is accessible to villians as well as heros.

Not to mention the lack of of Epic ATs that will be here first part of next year.

Yep, completely ignored while CoH got nothing but things CoV already had.

Including issue 11 the last 3 isssues have had the majority of content usable by both heros and villains.

Well about the costumes, originally CoV had villain specific costume models.  Later on they opened up both sides to use each other's previously exclusive costume pieces.  So that is probably why  you see some "villainous" looking heroes out there.

As far as the release date of Issue 11, yes it should be soon.  Already have open beta on test server so usually not long after that it will go live.  I agree with a previous poster about why they don't give actual release dates, cuts down on the whiners if something comes up and they have to delay.
