Getting pissed off at these daily patches

I hope to god these daily patches are doing something to improve the game other than holiday theme content. A patch a day is ridiculous.

    What are those patches improving? Is it something like:

    • Rapid fire cooldown has been reduced from 30 minutes to 25 minutes.
    • Melee mastery improved from 2% to 2.5%
