Couple new Screens to again this time:

"Jonric: Where does development stand right now? Are you feature-locked? How much more content do you have to add? What is your beta schedule, and how solid is the late March target launch date?

Gaute Godager:
We are in the polish, pruning and balance stage. We are not adding more features, but there might be a need to change or disable things not working as intended before launch. Is that "feature locked"? Is an MMO ever completely feature locked? Content-wise, we have all we think we need. Will we add more before launch? Yes! Where? Only Beta knows... notice how we refer to the beta as a god. ;p

The release date is locked! There are still risks. There are always risks, but none so far have reached the stage where we are even subconsciously considering doing anything about the date.

We have been running a beta for a long time, and we are now ramping it up after the rewrite of the combat system. We will also host larger PvP-focused events when marketing deems it is wisest. The notice period for players on these events will be weeks, not months, so this is not the time to announce them. Will we have a beta open for everyone just before launch? We shall see. ;) "

Larger PvP Focused Events coming Soon!

    With a bit of credit to DAoC too;

"I can try very hard to remember an MMO that came out spotlessly, on time, and on budget... Dark Age of Camelot, perhaps? Not many, and the industry standard isn't seeming to improve very much either. ;p "

Didn't they say the almost exact thing a few days before the last delay?

Pretty much apart from "but none so far have reached the stage where we are even subconsciously considering doing anything about the date" - they mentioned before the last delay that there are risks, but its also what other games have been pushed back have said - what matters is how it plays upon release. Point is they didn't give some bullshit reason for a delay, they were honest in their approach. In fact they said the same thing 4 months before the last delay announcement @ Aug 10 '07 was never a secret to those who had an open mind that there was a chance for it being delayed again.

But really is it not how the game plays when you get your hands on it when it goes live that counts?

And your arguing because in the grand scheme of things your point really matters......

Who gives a crap? I mean really? Like you know lol - They are taking longer to fix the game up better for us - win situation -

But if you just want to game hate without backing it up...

Who is arguing? Just posting my explanation of the delay, nothing wrong with that. Just because my opinions differs from yours doesn't mean you can troll each and every one of my posts. Thats boardline stalking and I think its against board policy. You are a 30 year old guy for god sakes. Do you really think chasing me around gaming boards every day for hours is healthy? Spend some time with your family.

Look at the threads where you posted that picture - I posted that their first, you are stalking me. You post the same thing over and over trying to disrupt these boards. You already posted that picture in another thread.

I posted this news - same as the other thread about "funcoms 3rd quarter report" I get an email when someone responds, naturally as im interested in the topic because I posted the news first and enjoy talking about such. I posted in 3 other threads today before you, later on you picked up on where I posted and followed me to bait.

So let me tell you - my life and what I do with it is nothing to do with you - insuating that i am a stalker of somekind is obviously false - every post I make - you jump upon and disrupt - this has been a few times you posted the same stuff and picture.

Can't you just leave AoC and me alone? You have no interest in playing the game, every post I've made today has been followed by you baiting me just like this one.

By the way my wife and I are totally laughing at you right now. (I work from home, atm)

The original quote I made was:

"Gaute Godager: We are in the polish, pruning and balance stage. We are not adding more features, but there might be a need to change or disable things not working as intended before launch. Get over it already.

Its quite clear to everyone,  your motivations - personal comments/suggestions about me are just another weird facet of your perplexed nature.

Tell me this if I post the Original post how do I become the stalker or the first to post out of both of us - (like all the time)

Ah... i love the smell of napalm in the morning.

Could you guys keep your testosteron for the PvP please ? This is not mature. If you follow the game you probaly have read the following here http://rpgvault.ign.com/articles/832/832097p1.html

We simply decided to invest more in the quality of the game than we initially decided. This was not an easy decision, but it's definitely a problem where we are proud to have made the right decision.

So ? From here it looks like both are right. They aimed for lower quality in 2003. Right now there is room for a good game. Vanguard had an awful bad start. Lotro is nice and a good example of polish. But it wasnt the mega-game of 2007. Lots of people watch this game now.  People are very sensible now for unfinished stuff. If they deliver something good and polished in March they have a winner.
