Does anyone know how much you need to be part of a kill in order to get Xp for it?

How much damage do you have to do? How much healing?

I have come across many fights were i jump in and help get the crusties down. Sometimes i get xp, sometimes not. I don't really mind if i dont get xp (the soldier in me tend to take over in those fights), but i don't want anyone to feel like i'm stealing a kill or something.

    It supposed to be the top 3 damage dealers get xp.

    There is no XP for healing.

    However I have noticed partied with another person I will be harvesting from corpses whilst he kills stuff and I still get some XP.

    when in a group everyone gets exp , even those who didnt even lay a bullet on a mob.
