Yep you need to pay for the good stuff.

Been playing and paying for my PvP centric MMO for 4 years now. And the quality just shows throughout.

If you want a complex game and if graphics aren't too important to you, Shadowbane is an awesome game as far as PvP goes.  If you want a more WoW-like (simpler) with better graphics and good PVP, I'd probably go with Perfect Worlds.

RF Online is pretty good, it's grind-tastic though.

    Now with 57.3% more flames!

shadowbane i gues but from what i heard there are allot of asia people adn from lvl 40 or so you get xp for pvp so it sounds nice but the problem is you only use the mouse no keybord controls.

F2P sux bad you should probably buy GW it`s almost free.

To be honest you get most times what you pay for. I know alot of people allways bring up Guild Wars when it comes to PvP and having no monthly fee's but you still have to buy the game. If you have not played it I am pretty sure there is a trial.

I know a few people who play Voyage Century Online who like the PvP there and that is free but it does use the item mall system.

Also there is always Anarchy Online that have PvP and from my experiance in the past the PvP was not that bad at all.

Hope any of these help you with your PvP fix :)

12 Sky is a really good one.  Come try it out.  The grind is way less than other gamer (I'm lvl 80 and still lvl once an hour) and the RvR is the best around.  Also this game is the most balanced game I have ever seen...and I've played a lot of games.

My suggestion is to try joining sever Serenity's Jinong faction right now for reasons stated here...

I'll give you two games in which you don't have to worry about leveling at all unless you choose to.... both of these games are also based on your skill more then anything else unlike pretty much most mmorpgs... the thing is these aren't mmorpgs but you have characters/play in quick room based combat.

http://rakion.softnyx.net- Almost a dynasty warriors online concept.... you can block with your shift key and do certain moves etc....

www.gunzonline.com - Basically matrix 3rd person fps style you can run on walls etc...

I didn't explain a lot about either of these games but if your looking for pvp the games listed above are 100% pvp unless you choose to do the quests/missions.... and the missions in rakion run out so its 99% pvp.... you can keep doing missions in guns  but you don't have to. Neither of these games require you to worry about leveling to have fun.
