mir is great kos its fun unlike other games i played where i had to force myself to play it like EVE online [soz not trying insult any1 i just didnt enjoy it] and same with lineage 2 [where i spent most of my time not making any friends but just goin around leveling and when it came to pvp wiz suked so bad ]
when i played mir most of the time you could make friends very easily...trust me its hard not to :P....and u see the same person a lot of times that means if u start pvp on him u will most likely see him again
pvp is very balanced in my eyes.....all classes have a good chance of defeating any other class....grouping is rewarded so is solo play and all my rl friends are goin to play it

Ok, that doesn't answer my question at all. Your just said it's fun for you and you also basically stated there are VERY LESS players because you meet a person again that many times. Every MMO you could make friends easily, depends how u do it.
Now again, why is mir so good, it seems to have no content other than fighting over and over and buy new weapons and armor. That's all?

I did beta test Mir2, but compared to EQ and DAoC, Mir2 suxs. Mir2 suxs because I have DSL at home, and so my mmorpg playing habit is different from most of the koreans who go to arcade (or whatever you call that computer rental thingie),

well all i can say is, try it out for yourself when it goes open beta also look at it on the game list on the homepage. ok maybe im biased as i play mir 2, but i try a lot of mmorpgs, lineage 2, DAOC, RYL, and am going to try out WoW, just give it a go

I could spend 10 mins writing a post covering all areas of game play but that wouldn't give you a clearer idea of what Mir3 is. In the end you HAVE to experiance a game to decide if it's any good. You may not like it, then again you might love it, the only way you could possibly know is to play it. Remember to keep an open mind.
In the end Mir3 isn't ground breaking, it just does what it does very well. It's smooth and easy to handle.
I would advise trying it when open beta comes.

mir2 is special to me got me introduced to the mmo community its not ground breaking as u said vengi but everyone in game were just great
and about seeing the same person again and again i didnt imply that there was a shortage of ppl just that the hunting grounds were limited but exp was enoguh to sustain the population
Well Mir3 is going to be 12x Larger and it can sustain a much larger population, but I think that the community will stay close knit. When a player passes another player in Mir2 they almost always said "hi", i've never seen that in any other game. Thats what I hope to see carried over to Mir3.
