There is no ETA as of the end of this work day.
The 'major bug' that is preventing the release of the patch seems to be major indeed. Technical and management are in discussion with China and it has been proposed to send a member of the technical staff to China to assist with the issue. Naturally, as there would be costs involved, the decision to send staff over will be pending further appraisal of the problem.
For those checking every hour, it is recommended that you use this time to rest and relax. Checking back just once every few days probably would not hurt.
The Open Beta servers are not expected to open this week, and the odds of a launch next week are not great either. It will be done when it is done. Once the patch is completed and received, it will still have to go through testing on the local test server. After the patch is approved, it will be put on the patch server as well as uploaded to other locations. There will be a few days delay between receipt of the patch and the launch of Open Beta should the patch receive approval.
An announcement will be made on the main website once a confirmed date for the Open Beta has been determined.

Lol, this response pretty much sums up my opinion too.
Another 2 weeks, at LEAST? Man, they really dropped the ball over there. Like another user said, this release should mainly be a localization project. Does the live version of the game have this "bug"? If not, why does this version? I guess it really doesn't matter, as asking these questions won't get the game out any faster.
...man...was just reinstalling the game too lol. Have not checked up on it for a while and figured Open beta was in progress at least. Played it in closed beta but figured I would just play the live game when it was done.
Jumped on here to see what was going on in the game and find this...sad me is sad

well at least they are doing sumthing bout it.... i hope. most games i played if there was a bug nobody did any thing bout it. so you know what they say. sometimes you gotta wait for good things to happen so yeah. like everyone else said happy gamin

Looks to me like they are just slow-playing the community. This is a localization project. There shouldn't be any "major" bugs. Sending staff over to china? lol... They are comming up with great stories to feed us.
have u ever localized a mmo ? U know, what they have to do in order to get this thing running? It's not just moving the server form point A to point B .. Just wait and be happy they are doing something about this
