2 quick questions before i buy TR

so i heard tr is 3rd person only... is this true or can you zoom in till you dont see your character anymore and achieve a true FPS feeling (other topics where a bit vague on that)?
how are the maps handled? are they like they are in guildwars (instances with city hubs)? or more like eg Wow (open maps except for dungeons) ?

best you get is a POV tucked just over the right-shoulder of your toon
The main maps are semi-instanced - once the population goes over 300 people, a new instance is hived off for players.
The main instances themselves (caves of donn, pravus, etc) are fully instanced - a fresh instance is created for each individual or team going in.

another question just came to my mind...how fast do you hit level cap as a casual gamer/"hardcore" gamer?
If you play every day 2 hours around you will get lvl 15 in 2 weeks around, with 3-4 you can reach around lvl 30 in 2 weeks around. The "Hardcore" gamers which i met reached in 2 weeks around lvl 40-50 (lvl 50cap).
