I would have sayed pally too...but since i played my pally in a raiding guild (holy specced)...well, it simply sucks then. all you do is heal, buff and decurse.
Then i also tried out Hunter and Warlock at lvl 70..both very easy classes to solo with. OP yeah..but much fun fun fun.
So, i guess i'm going with Hunter or Warlock for favourite class...Lock would win cause of the awesome looking gear he has
Had lots of fun with my hunter up to 70. Good for instances and PvP. Levelling a pally now and really liking that too. Maybe its just the change of pace, but it does feel like more of a challenge. I'm not saying this is all there is to hunters, but comparing the two, it definitely does feel like I spent a lot of time as hunter on raids just spanking the designated target and sometimes applying freezing traps when we were short of cc. I like the variety of possible roles for my pally, plus its really different having to be right inthe face of the mobs.
Rogue was my first char and still my favourite. I just feel a little more thought has to go into using my rogue as although we do very good damage, we don't have the same armor advantage as warriors or pallys, so you need to watch your aggro levels and use your skills wisely. Plus there is the whole sneaking around in the shadows thing which is always cool. It's always funny to watch PvP enemies running around like headless chickens looking for you when you have just disarmed their trap or stunned them when they weren't looking, lol.
It must be Thursday, i never could get the hang of Thursdays.
I voted Hunter because I end up playing Solo alot. Something about getting married seems to throw a monkeywrench into the whole "I think I'll play an online game for the next twelve hours" thing. Ahhh, the good ol' days.
I have played every class except shaman. There are parts of each class that I really like. Hunters and locks get pets, paladins get buffs and heals, rogues get to be sneaky, warriors are tanks, mages have good damage, and priest get really good heals. There is one class that gets part of each of these. I would have to say druid. I have a feral druid. I can heal, I can sneak, I can tank, I can buff, I do good damage, and I am my own pet.
i liked alll the classes they have there goodsides and bad but i think tht alot of thm are unbalanced like shaman which is like way over powered alll they have to do is cast frost shock and it all over

So clueless it's funny. Have you ever played a shaman past level 10?
Personally, I like playing "complicated" classes, with lots of tactical options in any given situation, rather than just "spam one button until the opponent drops".
So I voted warlock, but in categories:
Favourite tanking class: warrior, runner up - paladin
Favourite dps classes: lock, runner up - hunter
Favourite healing class: priest, runner up - shaman
Least favourite classes: mage, rogue, druid
I currently have 2 70's (MM hunter, resto shaman) and have played all classes to at least level 30.
I like a few things about each class but as long as Warlocks can hand out health stones in the arena thats all I care about.
Don't be terrorized! You're more likely to die of a car accident, drowning, fire, or murder! More people die every year from prescription drugs than terrorism LOL!
Druids my favorite, played one since launch up untill i quit around 7 months ago now. I liked all the choice it gives you in playstyle, resto spec being my favoirite.
Worst class imo is paladins, so boring the highest i have ever managed to level one is 14. Leveled every other class to atleast 40. Had 5 70s before i quit they were a druid, rogue, hunter, mage, and a warrior. and 40 - 45 alts of the rest of the classes bar paladin and shaman never could get into shamans not sure why.
Im still a "grass is always greener' kind of guy when it comes to classes. But I really enjoyed playing a straight up, stick a pick in your face, warrior.
None of this stealth, no invisibility, no range....just hold a large axe and jump down the cilff
I chose a warlock, but i also like a druid and alot of others. i was wondering which one was the best overall? also whats better out of warlock and druid?ty in advance
I like indirect "sneaky" characters in most MMO's (like Burglar in LOTRO or Smuggler in SWG) so Rogue is my class of choice in WoW.
I dislike that WoW turns the rogue class into some sort of fragile dual-wielding uberDPS monster in end-game raids/dungeons, but in PVP and solo PVE it's still the closest thing that WoW has to the "opportunistic sneaky git" classes that I love.

I don't claim to be right, I'm just posting.
i liek pallys cause they have some cool spells and they are holy and strike fear into the hearts of the horde lol
I like the Preist main for the Fact I can get a group whenever I want, Which is nice..
