the best server to lvl fast on

what server would have the easiest lvl grind, the classic servers or Normal servers. Some one said to pve to lvl 20 then do BG's to lvl 50 , he also said every solo kill you get a "bub" or a bub" and a half, i dont get what that means could someone tell me? But ya would this "technique" work best on classic servers or normal serves. Or is there just a better technique to lvl faster and get to the best pvp faster
O ya i for got to say im looking for the best pvp action

Classic servers are the easiest to level in my opinion. Plus the classic servers seem to have to highest population due to getting PvP ready is A LOT faster on classic servers. I would reccomend goin on the Bossiney cluster and XP'in in the Classic or SI (Shrouded Isles) areas where its like 200% xp i think. The pvp is an option but without the right kit or stuff it will be hard unless you roll a caster. And solo kills are hard to come by on pvp in the BG's. The best plan would be to PvE till lvl 20 or 24 if you want a little extra kick in PvP as this is the first major PvP battleground. Then just PvE till 39 Then into another good BG and then ye its not that ahrd to be honest. A caster would make things alot easier though. And a level in DAoC has 10 bubs which can take a while to level but ye 1.5 bubs a kill is good. But with the XP increases its faster in general to PvE.

So here is the deal with classic. There is less content and more people., although there is now one regular cluster with comparable population.
As for getting ready, it all depends on how competitive you want to be. Getting the best items of classic requires grinding for money or grinding for the items. Here is why - the best loot come from an 8 man instance on the classic servers. So you either have to buy it or go after it. You will need to do this multiple times.
You can go down a level, which for the most part is a champion weapon and crafted gear. You will need money to buy crafted gear.
On the other hand, if you play the normal servers, you can go to ToA and get uber items really easy now. ToA laos has a huge drop rate for coin. So you will be in a better position to buy those few remaining crafted pieces of gear.
Then the RvR on the normal servers is different because you have a wider availability of items/abilities.
As for the time to get to make level, I do not think there is a difference because the leveling content is the same. If you want to maximize your leveling, then solo/duo is 99.9% the best until level 40. Even from 40-50 it is 75% of the time. You can get to level 50 on any server in less then 96 hours if you are new and that is what you want.
Doing the catacombs quests is the fastest XP. If you know where to go at what level, then grinding out will be just as fast. Avoid doing any Task Dungeons unless you have a full 8 man group. If not, you are better off in an open area killing by yourself.
But, I will recomend you not be in such a rush. First of all, you will want realm ranks. This will require time spent in the BG. You will level out of a BG way before you cap out your RR for your level. So you will actually want to turn your XP OFF until you do. You will want to be RR2 or 3 when you hit 50.
