"new MMORPG Turn Based Shooter" ideas or suggestions?

I don’t have a lot of time to look around the forums so I’m just going to post and see what you guys have to say. We our currently in development of a new MMORPG Turn Based Shooter, all that I can tell you is that one fraction is a shooter the other is more a melee and were trying to work out the fraction so the shooters wont out way the melee. But I need to ask all the people who like MMORPGS, what are your favorite parts of the games and what do you hate, and the people that don’t like the games please tell me why you don’t and what we can do to fix them.

    So its a shooter...

    ...But it's turn based....

    They kind of contradict themselves, don't they. Anyway, turn based games suck.

    The notion that graphics, or anything else for that matter, are anywhere near as important as gameplay/fun is so utterly ridiculous that anyone who shares such a view should be placed in an asylum.
