Runtime Error...help needed

Has anyone else encountered a "Runtime Error" in the "...findlauncher.exe." when trying to log onto game? The game played fine for a week, but now I cant even log on. The NC soft support is currently trying to help with problem, but I figured someone here might know a fix. I have updated graphics driver, ran RegCure, re-installed the game from disk many times, cut off all firewalls, and tried repairing all files manually. A friend who played mentioned deleting a certain cache file to possiblt fix error, he just cant remember which one.
Any help is greatly appreciated

i had the same problem....its not the game its a curpted file in net framework....go to ad remove programs and repair...or re install net framework and the re start you comp an it should work
Thanks Shocknaw, I couldnt find that file on the add/delete area to fix it. I am currently downloading an upgrade to my NET.frame, hopefully that will work. Thanks for help
I had a few crashes and runtime errors resulting from outdated drivers...
updated and everything works fine now!
Upgraded the framework files and just about everything else on this computer and it all seems to be working now. Thanks again for help all...
