Hey guys got a quick question. I've recently been playing Lineage 2 on a free server and I am getting tired of it so I'm looking for a new/old game to play. I've played this game ever sense launch and have a 50 Necro and 50 infy. I quit right after the last XP pack came out because I was just getting bored.
I was wondering if anything has changed in the game or is is mostly the same stuff like raiding, RvR, and BGs? Any input would be nice.

DAOC is a game VERY much worth returning to. Its a solid game in many aspects. The focus of the game still revolved around RvR. The grind is not bad at all anymore and you can grind almost exclusivly in RvR battlegrounds now.
A lot fo fun things going on in the game. Most people prefer the classic servers.

A few things have been changed. The last expansion added a new RvR dungeon, new race, and new class. ToA has been nerfed. Everything is able to be done solo or group. You can also use bounty points to buy ToA credit.
Instead of expansions they have been updating the game with 6 month story driven content in established parts of the world. They redo the zones, add new quests, items, etc.
If you come back, go back to where you were. No reason to start over.
