Found some awesome screenshots of a Demon Hunter Hero. Although this is just an NPC, it does give you a taste of what a player might look like if he becomes a Demon Hunter Hero.

Definately worth playing a Night Elf to look that cool. So I guess that makes it a sure thing that if you play a certain class as that race, you will become a Demon Hunter? Or is that just to add something just recently added to the game or something?

nice, that DH looks really cool and I would love my char. to look like that. Also I seen Thrall in one of juniorx's movies ( The Troll movie ) he looks amazing too!

I dont mean to doubt you, but do you have any shots calling that NPC a demon hunter? It could just be some quest NPC.

Actually, if you read up on WoW, depending on what class you choose is what hero you'll be at a certain level, like Dwarf warrior might be a mountain king, you know? and a nightelf hunter may be a demon hunter

I personally don't play WoW (not in beta) but the beta tester who took the screen shots said he was a quest npc with the title "Demon Hunter" under his name.

Fricking hell... If ANYONE ever tries to pretend that they know how and when heroes will be implimented, please refer to the end of this post.

As for those screen shots, very very nice.

Assuming that is a demon hunter, doesn't really help us come to any conclusion on how it will be implimented. All it shows us is there's an NPC that's a demon hunter. There's NPC's that are dragons... Does that mean you can become a dragon? Demon hunter is likely though, we just don't know much beyond that.

I'm not flaming you, I like the screen shots, and you did a good job digging that up. I just don't want this to turn into another "Here is how heroes will be implimented" thread. Because NO ONE KNOWS.

Read the following posts by Kat and the other Devs.

Sorry guys, I'm not able to give any hero information at this time. I did speak with the development team about them and know that they are still being worked out.

I know we know no info on Hero classes but I merely posted them saying that if a Demon Hunter was indeed a Hero class then you might just end up looking a lot like this*.

I'm just getting a head start on all the posts of people saying that they know how heroes are going to work.

You don't claim to know anything that the devs themselves don't even know. Thus, your post = good.

You know even if there isnt a Demon Hunter class or whatever you can make you char LOOK like a demon hunter... Cuz if im not mistaken those weapons are in the game cuz ive seen screenshots of hunters from before weilding those weapons...maybe im thinking of something else but looks just like that... Ill see if i can find the pics im talking about.

Is that a hunter/NE only weapon? Oh, if not, it would be so awesome to be wielding those with my Warrior. Think of the possibilities, a Tauren Plainsrunning with a...what are those things called?

Oh, also, I have only heard of hunters wearing the masks that cover their eyes like that. Also, some tribes in Africa wear those masks on the 'Hunt' to keep the sun out of their eyes but still be able to see and they also use special ones ceremonially. Just thought I'd share.

I don't think I'm going to be too fond of demon hunters, mainly because I plan on being both the demons' bitch and master at the same time as a Warlock. I'm not going to be too happy when those stupid hunters come running towards me on their crusade to kill my pets...

Meh, I'll just have my succubus seduce them all. That ought to do it.
