Game is in the mail, also best support class?

I just bought the game and it will be here in about 2 days, so if anyone wants to toss me a trial it will pretty much be a guarantied free month. PM for my email. I put my name in the trial thread but it doesn’t look like many people look at that.

Also, what is the best support class? I’ve heard armor tends to be more important than health which makes me think one of the sapper classes would be better than a Medic, I really like support classes and I want to be the best one.

I have noticed just in the templates, you can make a support class out of any of them which is awesome about the game.

My main for now is going to be a Grenadier, but the Guardian side looks like a great tank (I think I have noticed they got heals as well). Me being new to the game as well, I am trying to figure out too much in a hurry, so I am going to pace myself.. haha

I just created another toon for the Specialist - I may go engineer for the support class here  instead on the medic side of it. Building Bots and dropping turrets sounds pretty cool.

youll want to go specialist > biotechnician > medic

The other branch of biotech is exobiologist, its more of a pet class like a necro so to speak

the sapper branch of specialist are very good at soloing, especially demolitionists.  Engineers are more of the support branch of the sapper tree.  Theyre also a pet class which specializes in turrets and bots

in a nutshell, go specialist and clone before choosing sapper or biotech that way you can play both and choose from there

If you DO choose to go specialist, dont waste points in body.  Place most of your points in mind and some in spirit.  You use a LOT of power especially the pet type classes (engineer and exobiologist)

I have no idea what's best support class. In my opinion best support class in TR is best offence class.

Yes, armour seem to be alot more important than health. I mean why heal, just blow them away. Also dead has very little meaning in TR. I mean You can die 100's of time in same spot and it's like so what. I solo some instance just doing suicide attacks, just to get some enemies down, so there is less to next try. Same can be done in outposts, just do major area attacks and die, then run directly from same outposts hospital back in 30 second and do same again. Yeah, it's the most stupid ways to play the game, but can be done. Armour points aren't affected by dead, only by gears damage. So, You can repair them easyly in hospital, in 10 second with money.

So, if You still want to be support, then I suggest ability "heal" armour points. You only need 1 health point to be in action.
