probably been done before but i dont see it on the first few pages so ill make this pole. what race do you plan on playing first/most/exclusively once the day finally comes? im sure everyone will try every race at first just to get a look at thier cities and such, but im talking about the character you plan on taking to level 60 before starting a-new.

Goddammit just take Nightelves out of the game. I'm not even kidding, everyone is gonna play as the freaking nightelves. Even Psouth is gonna be a nightelf and cmon, he's a douchebag.

in every wc game i was always orc. the best race ever. so its obvious...im a choose nightelves.hahaha j/p. ORC

When I get the beta I will have a Dwarf char, Human, Undead, and Troll or Tauren. The only other race I would consider is Orc. And classes I would go with would be Warrior-tauren/troll, Palladin-dwarf/human, Mage-undead/human and Rogue-dwarf/undead.
That might change by the time I get the beta, I just have to watch and wait

A lot of people have been saying 8 per server and as many servers as you want. Just remember that you cannot have differing factions on one server, so you will have to move to a different server if you want to play the opposite faction. That is the only thing that I can really find that I disagree with so far in this game.

Gnome (or Dwarf havent desided) Rogue

No love for the Horde? Come on man, you know you are tempted to make atleast ONE Horde character. Aren't you? I know I want to make atleast one Alliance characterm that is after I explore and familiarize myself to the ways of the game and such.
I hope the population split is atleast almost even. I don't want to see 70% Alliance, 30% Horde on one server and then go to another and see the numbers flipped over. I think making even classes/races/factions could make or break how well a game does when it hits the shelves. I have faith that Blizzard will pull through, though.
199 is where I stop for the night. 200 first thing tomorrow morning! Someone gives me some good topics to post on. Tee hee.

Usually When I first start out playing any MMORPG I will firstly select to be the Human mainly because I like a balance of stats which the Human almost always has! I dont like to sacrifice certain stats to increase in something else like agility or accuracy that an elf would have or something.
Mainly because none of the other races sound that interesting, I'll probably just stick with a human. I like the stereotypical environment that is associated with the human race as well. Technology and/or a clean environment to do business in with a blue sky overhead and friendly NPC's around every corner. The mood can really change when you inhabit the nearby orc village with wood logs for doors. I dont know. I guess I just feel more at home in castle...not that i live in one or anything....

Gnomes are one of the least played races along with Troll Orc and tauren.... gee wonder why... maybe cuz they arent that appealing to players like me haha.

Everytime I go to correct someone I write about half of a reply then stop and slap myself, for I know im wrong. Anyways all the races look sweet but I will be going with a horde posse (one from each) when the game launches. After playing with all them for a while I will eventually make some alliance chars but I have always favored the horde in both its diversity and its purpose.
