Cd key problem ?

in Final Fantasy XI

Hi all i bought final fantasy 11 and i got a cd key code, i created acount then i installed the game and all expantions but i cant get into game as i have no clue where to put key, as when i click content id it says i need a credit card ?.

    Have you tried the back of the instructions? That's where the cd keys for mine were. If you bought the expansions seperately, you'll have to get the keys from each of those also, if you bought the Vana'diel collection, they're all together.

    I got the cdkey i just cant find anywhere in playonline to imput the key to make a ID as all i get is credit card payments ?.
