I am bored as SHIT. So far been skimming this forum, otherwise, thinking about busting out medieval total war 2, but was really hoping for something with a bit more fast pace in it. I only have that and supreme commander with me atm, and I'm on a fairly terrible connection, so that keeps me from jumping on CS:Source or Savage.
Change is inevitable, except from vending machines.
Im trying to catch up on that thing called work. something which seems to get in the way of eve a lot. very annoying, pesky even..

Well, first, I took a good nap, then, decided to do a few raids on Anarchy Online, then, maybe try getting a few more medals on BF2142, and then hopefully if the shakes haven't started by then, Trinity will be up and running
I haven't figured out what I'm going to do with myself while EVE is down, yet... Any ideas?

Well since these events don't happen often I invited could of friends over to show show them the trinity trailer, drink some beer and watch a move.
My wife and I just had a baby a week ago ... so I'll be doing something I've done a lot of - Being tired and dreaming of my bed.

I'm going to be doing lots of Eve related research getting ready for my return to the game... I'll probably fire up EQ2 as well... level 74, must chase the carrot all the way to 80

Read message boards
laze about for a few hours this morning (TV etc), go to work at 1pm, come home at 9pm, sleep, wake up, work at 6am, back home at 3pm, download new client. Easy.
I'll be sitting in the corner all day. It's not so bad actually.
I'm on MSN with my co-workers and doing dry runs on TQ. Things are looking ok. We seem on schedule.
Trying to parse OFF-files so i can draw shapes from them... boring.

I don't play eve actually, I just came over here to see what it is like. I may give the trial a go eh..
While the downtime is happening I'll probably be playing some of the free MMO's I've been downloading and choosing the best one from the lot. And then I'll play it until Age of conan comes out.

Anyone know of a decent MMO with an easliy accesible free trial that doesn't involve me running around as some fanciful, floppy-eared creature with armor, a sword, and a book of goofy spells?

Me, I actually fired up Perfect World for the first time last night....and the damn game had elves in it.... argh.... (actually, it gave me Lineage 2 flashbacks).....
I never really created a character...I just kind of looked at all of the available races (3) and classes (6) and laughed at the terrible text translations....
Now, if EVE doesn't come back up this evening, I'll have to consider actually making a character and entering the game world.... hope they save me from it....
