Im having trouble signing up my gamengame account to ASDA story. I go on the site and log in. It tells me I have to sign up for the ASDA account as well. So its going good with step 1 and 2 nothing but checking i agree and stuff. Step 3 is the part that wants you to fill in all of your information. I fill out everything there and click on submit and i get an error saying "Please fill the all area field" which doesn't even make sense....there is no area called all so what are they talking about. Then I try to get help by going to the support thing but i can't because that requires you to log in and it doesn't work.
So has anyone had this problem and fixed it or know a way to get in touch with customer support. I tried this weeks ago trying to get in with the closed beta but the open beta is on Dec. 6th and i want to get it working right so I can be there ready to play.

You're probably using firefox, use IE, I had the same problem.
I had that problem too, but yesterday I could create an account from Firefox, so they probably repaired it..
The other problem is that the game freezes on MaxSoft screen, and the process cannot be terminated, thus I have to restart my computer. It never works...
And I cannot post anything on the site, not even from that good for nothing Internet Explorer... In firefox I get a database syntax error and in IE a 404 .
I sent them support messages about these problems but they didn't answer yet.
