Looking for a game with certain pvp

hi, I'm looking for a good mmorpg with pvp like lineage 2 or tibia. Where you can just go up to people and attack them anywhere (except usually towns or something). You can attack anyone and when they die have some sort of negative affect on them (exp loss, item loss, etc..).

Anybody know of any game like that?

 

Preferably free and graphics don't really matter to me.
