Tried that too. Went into it thinking it was Anarchy Online but updated graphics and easy-to-use-gameplay. Nope. I never liked the cutesy anime stuff, ala ROSE Online.
hmmm the only one that i really know of is Star Sonata. its a 2d space mmo thats free up until lvl 20, which takes a while to get to anyway. i wish that there were more, but i havent found any
