How hard(possible?) is it to change skills/attributes later?
In other words, if I use a certain skillset/attributes to level, is it possible to change it once I hit the max level?
From what I've heard, attributes seem to be a permanent choice, even with cloning, but there seems to be a way(?) to change my skillset. Does this require going back to a clone and regrinding?
Basically, a simple overview of what it takes to change skillsets after reaching max level would be appreciated.
Thanks!
EDIT: I am not referring to changing classes. Lets assume that I want to simply change the setup for my current class.

attributes are set once you spend the points .
for skills you have to burn a clone token .. usually is good idea to save the level 5 one ( yeah since it takes all of 5 mins ot get level 5) and bank the ToO clone tokens to make adjustments once you hit 50 and to also make a full blown crafter alt.
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
How many clone tokens do you get? Is there a way to earn more after hitting 50 if you're trying to "tweak" a build? Or will you have to re-roll/clone at 30?
The following might help: http://tabularasa.wikia.com/wiki/Clone_credit
Ok, that did help a bit. Maybe I'll understand better once I get into the game. I'm hoping they make it more accessible (but not necessarily easier) to clone, as I'm a little anal retentive and will be quite upset if I end up with a max level character and am unable to "tweak" my skillset both for personal preference and future changes.
So, long story short, when you clone (which can be earned at certain levels or w/ certain quests) it resets you skills but your attributes remain static?
Ok, I know I keep answering my own questions, but if anyone else is curious about this, I found this on the same site as the above length. But the Clone information helped me personally better than the previous link.

I would expect respecs to be coming along without having to burn a clone. we're in the balancing part of the game, so we'll see a few more free respecs as the devs do their thing.
I've read that they plan on changing the impact that attibutes have in a future patch to make them more meaningful. This will more than likely be accompanied by an attribute (and possible skill point) respec.
When you clone your clone has all this skill points reset. I learned this the hard way but thankfully there was a skill point reset last patch...
With the release of the patch that changed Rage, they reset all Skill Points. So there is your first chance to change your setup, however, they are building a way to reset your points into the game. I would think it would be setup like any other mmorpg. Pay to reset, pay more each time.... It will be coming though.
