To answer your question, simply no. This game is not WoW and there are no UI mods.

If you want to have all of your spells "right there" all you need to do is fix up your macros. It'll be better than a hot bar. Just take a macro set, edit it and for spells /ma "magic name" <t> (<t> for the target) or <me> (if it's a buffer spell so it can be casted on you). This is the way to do things, you can also edit the macro to show a text in the box when the spell is ready, and how much mp you have and what % after the spell is cast. Just title the macro the spell name and you will get used to it very quickly and will enjoy it once you get the hang of things.

There are MODS for this game.

However, they are illegal and they are from windower (a program that let you play in window mode).

It come with mods that let you measure your distance and show TP of the parties members.

but beware, i can't guaranttee safety.

i wouldn't call windower a mod. POL is coming out with its own windower for the game. I myself have tried the actual "mods" or hacks. I profited nothing from them except a good laugh running at 2000x speed and warping through zones, oh yeah and suspension for a week.

There's been a window mode since the update just before the release of WotG.  Check out the out-of-game FFXI configuration.  I've been using it myself since that update.

KSEA players often seek out PVP in a game, but they are looking to socialize with and form alliances with other players who are interested in doing the same. They often seek out guilds or clans that organize formal PVP events, or work on group strategies and tactics.

windowers doesn't only function as window mode. But also have the ability to add many and many UI. (also i personnally found windower give faster FPS).

I like the TP bar myself since i can tell when my teamate have TP or not. ALso the XP bar to keep track xp per hour.
