What's the game looking like for end game content and raiding?

24 Man raids. Dev's have estimated raid times to be 2-3 hours max.
The PvP offering is greater for end game content, with PvP mini-games, and the siege combat system (vs NPC's for a guild city, vs Players in the Border Kingdoms over possession of Battlekeeps and Towers)
