Grindy but fun MMO?

I've played quite a few MMOs for around 4 years now, and it's been enjoyable. Now I'm playing on a private server (don't shoot me) of WoW and I quite like it, but the essence of grinding is missing, and I like grinding.....in some way or another. Now I'm onb the look-out for a nice f2p (ABSOLUTELY F2P, NO DUMB ITEM MALLS) MMO with a fun grinding system. I liked the lvling system of Warriors in Conquer Online, or of Mages in EuDemons Online but I didn't like those games at all, firstly due to their graphics and secondly due to the item mall system and last because the game ends with nothing when you've reached the top.
Any f2p game ouyt there? Must be:
Quite Grindy (not as much as 9Dragons) and FUN grindage
Nice Graphics
Good PvP and nice stuff you can do after you reach a high or top lvl.
NO MONEY AT ALL INVOLVED, like RYL Online
Oh, I don't like the RYL lvling system or its graphics ^^
I'm not saying now that I want a 3D game for sure, but a 3D game would be better.
Does any MMO like this even exist please?

Ok i would suggest you the best f2p IN MY OPINION wich is RF online. Great pvp system, very fun when you reach the mid-high lvls, rvr system( race vs race). Thou it can be a grindy and well with the thing of money that's the deal , in this game you WILL need money..so just try it.
Another cool f2p game is perfect world even thou i cannot play it like very well since my comp can't run it appropietly. Try them both i suggest you.
