Has the rating been settled yet or will that be sorted out just before release? I saw a video where it contained partial nudity and think the rating was 'M"-Mature. I'm wondering if this game will end up with a rating for Adults Only.
Eve-Online, EQ2, DnL, SWG (Dead), Guild Wars, Anarchy Online, EQ, DAoC, Planet Side, WoW, LOTR, Tabula Rasa.

No. Funcom will tweak as needed for the M rating.

Partial nudity usually doesn't result in an AO rating. Graphic drug use, extremely graphic violence (particularly if it involves "innocents"), graphic depiction of sexual acts, etc usually are what garner an AO rating.
But really, what difference does that make? Those who want it will get it anyway. Ratings are just a way of pleasing politicians and political groups.

Actually this is incorrect. An AO rating kills a game faster than a crashed hard drive. Store will not carry the game and we still live in a society that buys 90% of its goods in retail outlets. Online sales of video games is a tiny percentage of their sales.
As for the rest of the ratings, it is true to an extent though more and more stores are enforcing the M rating. Parents have to buy it for kids in most places now.
The ingame content will be alterd depending on your region to get a MA rating.
As said above an AO rating pretty much hurt the sales badly enough that it must be prevented.

Manhunt 2 received a Adult Only rating from the ESRB. That inflict a huge negative effect as many American retailers will not carry AO rated titles. Its very wise to keep the Mature rating as Age of Conan currently is.
The game already carries at the moment a PEGI (European rating) on the whole shown bottom right on main website. As said its being tailored to each individual country of release.
It will not release as an AO title simple as that.
Its already going to be 15+ in Austrailia I believe.
Neocron never got an AO rating.
