Trouble with logging in

in RF Online

I've just downloaded RF Online recently, and now I cannot log in onto the launcher because everytime I've inputted my password, I get an error message that says: Wrong Account input.



Is this a mistake on my part, or is it an error on the launcher's part? I've already checked with Codemaster's website to make sure that the password that I'm using is in fact the correct one.

    First of all..... its case sencetive... so lets say u made ur account on codemasters homepage and there u wrote ( fx ) Callie as you account and GhI87jkIO as ur pass word... when u log in u will have 2 write it exactly the same way.. or u get that msg... u cant just write with small letters... u needa do the Callie  GhI87jkIO where u remember the capital letters...

    Same things going on with me boy's and girls and my user name/password is all lowercase
