I can't can't believe he didn't mention the biggest issue i have with the game.... the 360 not being able to handle the game with the low FPS and all the tech issues.

Wait... Since when couldn't the 360 handle it? I beat the game, with the majority of the side quests, twice, and never had a problem. And I have personally talked to 7 others locally who played it, and never had a problem, either.

He's talking about the horrible framerate... That ALso had drops ... And the screen tearing.. And the texture pop-in... and the wacky loads

Lots of people don't have those issues. If you go look at the forums for Mass Effect it seems the older xbox360's (the ones with the heat issues and red ring issues) are the ones having this problem.
I suspect those boxes have issues running other new games too.
I had no issues on mine either and I've played it through 3 times (cant' figure out how to get to level 60.. 50 is hard enough)

The reason why most people dont see it is because They are either blind to it.. or they accept it as ok... or they dont realize its a problem...
But its there... The oldest xbox in the world is also going to play the game exactly as the newest one would... The hardware is the same and the extra heat sink in the new ones would not affect the performance of a game one bit.. I'm sorry..

QFT! That line is an instant classic.
I also appreciate that he admits that everything he hates about the game may in fact be the very things that RPG fans love about it. Not many reviewers are big enough to even discuss that possibility.

Definitely something you wouldn't see in an X-Play review...

So we can't be right about our own systems? I'm not a gaming newb, and I can tell when a system is having trouble playing something. Mass Effect ran smoother than Oblivion, and didn't hitch once in several play throughs. I'm no stranger of frame rate either. No problem there. And I even have one of the original 360s. It's not xboxes in general that have a problem with it.

Try as he might there just wasn't much negativity he could cram in there hehe. Gotta love Zero Punctuation though.
BOYCOTTING EA / ORIGIN going forward.
