OK, let's give it a try. I'm looking for a MMO with the customizeability of FFXI in the Job system, being able to change 'classes' and being able to use many different abilities with the same character, where people actually allow you to try new things. I hate being stuck in set templates that don't allow for individuality . Thanks in advance!

Tabula Rasa has the clone system...
MMO wish list:
-Changeable worlds
-Solid non level based game
-Sharks with lasers attached to their heads
Dream of Mirror Online has a similar job system to FFXI. You have your basic starter job and once you attain level ten, you can initiate different job quests. The more job quests you complete the more jobs you're able to have, and you can switch between each job any time you want by talking to an npc at any city. The thing Dream of Mirror Online does differently from FFXI is that it doesn't restrict you to having certain skills that only your support job would have, but instead allows you to have your main jobs skills along with a certain amount of skills from various other jobs you have unlocked (e.x. you can have the Thief's ability to steal while also being able to have the Doctor's skill of healing). One of the very few F2P games worth playing.
