Issue 11 has been released and currently there is a Holiday Event similar to last years but some really cool twists. New powersets for tanks, scrappers, brutes, and stalkers are really sweet. Check out www.cityofvillains.com for more info.
Yes They are very nice. Don't forget you can now color customize blades, guns, and claws.
