You auto train so your not a gimp. Every melee class autotrains.
Well, seeing how this advice is not very useful I'll give it a try.
In the case of a stealther, you would not train any points in stealth until level 40, 44 or 48. For every level 4 levels you wait, you are given bonus points which add up to quite a few extra trains for your character.
I thought they made some changes to auto-training earlier this year that invalidated this original model.

Autotraining basically means that you will always have a character will always have some base proficiency in skills that are neccesary for the class?
