Thank you to everyone still taking the time to read this, since you're probably bored to death by all these requests by now :)

We (yes,we, 2 players here ^^) are looking for another game, obviously, because after my 3 years of playing WoW, i kind of have the feeling i've seen and done it all. I've seen Ragnaros explode to tiny ore chunks and was there when Gruul the dragonslayer hit the ground in an un-soft manner. So, my challenge to you people now, is to help me find a new game that will bind me to my chair for the next 3 years (or more) the same fashion WoW has done.

Some info:

-Couldn't care less about PvP, i'm fully into the PvE aspect of games

- I like crafting ALOT

- I like an extreme diversity of items,classes,races,etc... (although class/race choice doesnt have to be THAT big,as long as there's enough items and stuff to be uncovered )

As for now,i've been doubting between Lord of the Rings Online, Everquest 2 and Final Fantasy XI, other options are ofcourse greatly welcomed:)

I hope your experience in these thing will help us out, and i thank you at forehand ^^

Lord of the Rings is alot like WoW as far as interface and style goes. BUT it has a entirely different world and story, and its is essentially entirely pvp, last i played there was a solid and fun community, and alot of opportunity for roleplay.  EQ2 has better graphics than wow, more classes, and something extra on the pvp (though as you said its not so important, neither is it so important in EQ2 if you dont want it to be)  in my opinion the crafting is better in EQ2 and there is definately (with the multiple expansions available) alot of PVE content.  FFXI graphically will disapoint, and after lvl 10 it is nearly 100% group neccessary, so keep that in mind before you dive in. The job system is fun, and subclassing adds a bit more to your character.  its is also all PVE with a unique crafting system and a very invovled storyline.  My recommendation is this... Lord of the Rings and EQ2 have trials abvailable, test drive them first, and if you like you can stay with one, if you dont nothing lost but a little time, and then you can move on to FFXI if the other two games let you down.  BUT if its PVE and crafting that your into, LotRO and EQ2 should have alot to offer you, and both are graphical wonders compared to WoW and FFXI.  Goodluck. Hope this helped. and yep ive played all of them.

Everquest 2 was pretty fun in my 10-day Trial.

Although they limited me to a tiny island, so I guess I didn't really get to see much..
