N52 profiles

in Tabula Rasa

Does anyone have a profile already set up for the N52? I am using my old wow one today (first day in game) and trying to mod it as I go. Ay links would be welcome to DL some.

    Mine is fairly simple and is basically just what I tossed on it after about an hour of playing. (I am on the MMO version of keybinds so that Powers are a single click rather than double clicks)

    #1 & #6 Scroll up/down through my Power bars.

    #2 is to get to the curser arrow.

    #3 is Previous Item (left)

    #4 Move forward

    #5 Next Item (right)

    #7 Holster Stuff

    #8 Trudge to the left

    #9 Trudge backward

     #10 Trudge Right

    #11-14 are for the first four powers on the active tab.  (I have the #5 on one of my extra mouse buttons as a Quick Safety Healing Regardless which Power Bar I am on at the time)

    The Orange button is for Reload

    Thumb Cross is crouch/Jump/Target

    Thumb Pad is for... something that I don't remember.

    I have a G9 mouse so I use all of those keys for Map, Backpack, Mission Log, Stats Page etc... but since TR has next to no powers, most are empty.

    I have thought about moving all the controls on to the Nostromo and just placing the corner of a book on the left mouse button because all we do is kneel and shoot frogs in this game anyhow.

    Thanks for the replies.

    The first couple of hours I found TR hard to get into, but then the game opened up for me and I really got into it. Unfourtunately though, after level five it seems to get a bit repetitive (though I love the big battles around some of the camps where the mechs are helping and my chaingun is going none stop LOL.

    I wonder if it just me, but when I chose soldier and later moved my lightning to a new slot on the toolbar, it dissapeared and so did sprint. Are those abilities for specialists only? I am on my second day, but when I asked in game just got a face full of abuse (the usual ##@@newb kind of thing) telling me to open my eyes.

    The thing is, I did check my clone to find where it was supposed to be, and it was on the ability page (press K) but on my main toon it was gone replaced by rage and shrapnel. So those asshats online who gave me crap over the question... were they wrong?

    You can still use skills from previous branches of the class tree.

    When you look at the abilities tab of your character sheet, you'll see the classes you've picked in the tree highlighted in blue. Click on one of the blue boxes and you can see the skills from your previous class choices.

    You can still level up and use those previous abilities and drag them to your toolbar. The UI is just a bit confusing.

    Thanks! I found the bit you mean and all is fine now. I know what you mean regarding the UI. A lot of people hate WOW for various reasons, but Blizards UI has got to rank among the best in any MMO. I think TR could learn a lot from WOW's layout on screen for instance.
