Regarding instances

I'm planning on giving the trial a whirl, but I'm a little curious about the instanced areas. Are dungeons the only areas that are instanced, or are certain parts of Stormreach included as well?

    Adventure areas (large outdoor questing zones) and quests are 100% instanced.  Stormreach itself is divided into many areas though, and they can become instanced when ultra crowded (3-4 instances of the harbor, for example).
