The best thing about this game is you can play the game for free no monthly fees
this game mmorpg that incorporated politics and economics
You be the owner of a town lease out buildings and stuff and if you get others respect you can get elected to be the leader of that town
It has a low computer requirement so you don’t need to have a high-end computer
But still has high quality graphic with very cute characters.
So don’t hastate go download this free game!!! You won’t find this kind of quality from a free game!!!

im not trying to be skeptical here but... did you join just to make a post about a free game? are you 1 of thier devs? if so great way to promote lol.
It looks free....until you see "Item mall" and "Recharge your Gold with a credit card".
No thanks.
And I suppose that's why the game isn't free.
lol what a reference post. I admit Goonzu has some things I wish were in any other mmo. Such as the ability to own a town. The only thing holding it back really is the fact its 2D isometric. It makes it boring to play linked with the poor translation and point / click movement. It was great as an old game, but its not modern enough now.
Aside from the obvious plug by the OP. I agree that the quality of free games, item malls or not, have improved over the years.

Soon most mmos are designed to get 2 separate sides the rich and the poor or normal players.
One can affort everything rest see only half of game and left overs.
Where going in wrong direction with mmos bah:(
But Darkfall is my only hope left:)

Yea, F2P does not mean "free of expense". These games look a lot a like, and the way they make money is all the same. The item malls are basically where you pay for must have equipment. If you dont, you are severly limited in what you can accomplish within that game.
Id rather pay my money up front, least I know the entire game is mine to play

I just started in the closed beta of a F2P/ item mall game called Last Chaos and am so far pretty impressed. ( http://lastchaos.aeriagames.com/) I haven't tried out the crafting yet but it seems pretty solid overall.

It's indeed free...as I played Goonzu Global for 3 months and haven't spent a penny. It's also a pretty good game, with player-driven economy with virtually everything in game crafted by another player like you and me. Too bad it's 2D graphic though. If it comes with 3D with better combat engine and more skills, it would rock. It's one of those games with good gameplay but not much to look at.
I also agree with OP, f2p games are getting better and the gap is closing. It's great for consumers all around but is a bad news to some MMO's developers, as you can probably tell from some quick sour reactions to this thread.
"You get what you pay for" ---> that's what every MERCHANT on earth thinks.
"I deserve more for my money" ---> that's what every CUSTOMER feels.
Pick a side.
heheheheheheheh
If f2p mmos worked like that it would be an epic fail. What most do is alleviate grinding for a price, add customization for a price, and maybe add new areas for a price. I haven't seen any good ones that add game breaking items for a price.
Right now the real dilemma with Item Shop games is the addictive nature of mmos and the impact they have on youth overspending. Rescently some companies who host f2p games have tacken action against this by limiting the amount of money you can invest per month. Its only a matter of time before people under the age of 18 needs a parents consent to do stuff as well in these games.
Actually, the asian developers have been developing pretty cool games. Sure, the cash shop might be annoying but don't be picky! It's free remember =3 I'll name a few kickass games. There's Mabinogi (My fave and a true rpg), Dungeon and Fighter (A beat em up rpg), IMAGINE Online (Similar to Mabinogi), Rohan (Seems popular I guess), Fantasy Earth Zero (A cross between fps, medieval and rpg =O Gotta love the 100vs100 wars), Dynasty Warriors Online (Enough said =P) and many more.
Just that they won't translate them =_=
