You have been disconnected from server...HELP !

in Fury

Hey guys, i am having a huge problem right now, I try to log into fury, and right when it gets to the loading screen, it tells me disconnected from server...So, i tried it on my friends account, and it works just fine, so i have no idea what the problem is...Could someone help me resolve this issue?  Thanks :)

    Try disabling your firewall/(s) maybe?

    You can open a support ticket at http://www.unleashthefury.com and clicking Customer Support on the menu. If you are an Immortal (paid Subscriber) you can also open a ticket via the in-game interface.

    You have to login to open a support ticket.

    As i said above, i could log in under my friends account, but not mine, so not a firewall issue =/, and i have a support ticket open, not really wanting to wait till the 27th :-(

    If I understood correctly, you can login on your friends account but not your account using the same computer?

    Well, sorry to say but thats only something that technical support can help you with I'm afraid.

    You may wanna try PM'ing a dev (Vortal, Alex Weekes or Systi) also on the old Fury forums with your account details and ticket number.

    However you have to already be registered to do this as forum registration is down right now due to the upgrade.
    In which case try PM'ing Systi with your details (ticket number) on these forums.

    Maybe they'll help you out (bearing in mind that its the Xmas holidays right now).
    Thats all I can suggest seeming as you've already opened a ticket.

    Otherwise you'll just have to wait.

    Ye, i just wish i could get this sorted out soon, really wanting to play, looks like a really cool game :)

    Vortal or Sobek are the best options. Whatever you do, don't PM me - I'm not staff anymore. Right now I'm on holiday, and in a couple of days I fly from Australia to the UK for a new job.
