The skill system in Fury is excellent, and you don't get hamstrung into having to choose a specific class or dual class to use other classes skills, you unlock them as you go and pick from the entire pool - building whatever type of character you wish to play at the time.
Of course, it has no PvE element and thats definetly a drawback for someone looking for a game similar to GW, but its the closest that I can personally think of atm.

I find Fury to be rather similar to Guild Wars.
