Maybe my IP is blocked (usa) but others are saying they are playing on this version and its in english. I would like to give it a try (fairly positive reviews the few I have seen) but I cannot get the setup.exe link(s) on there website to work. Any ideas?

The Phillipines version is IP blocked. The Malaysian/International English version is not.
