Guild Name: Order of the Watchtower
Location: USA; Currently most members are on the east coast
Faction: Order
Guild Type: Heavy PvP and minor RP
Guild Size: No more than 30 of the most dedicate WAR players
Our Goal: We are setting out to develop a small but very skilled regiment within the warhammer online world. It is our opinion that more credit can be given to a guild that has made a name for themselves when that guild is small then can be given to a guild which contains hundreds of members. Its easy to be well known due to size, but only the most elite can become renown for their skill. We will accomplish that but will never loose sight of the fact that games are about fun, and we will ALWAYS have fun.
The Order of the Watchtower will set out to use the combination of battlefield formations and high level tactics to overcome all obstacles.
We are the FEW, we are the PROUD, we are the members of the ORDER. Where all others fail we will PREVAIL, in the midsts of chaos we will LIGHT up the darkness, and we will NEVER see defeat. Through COURAGE and TEAMWORK there is nothing we can not do. We are the REASON for VICTORY. We are the Order of the Watchtower!
What we're looking for: Players that know how to have a good time while still playing at the top of their game. All members should be 18+ years of age, but we have more of a maturity restriction than we do age restriction. Ball breaking is welcome, and encouraged in fact, but no one should ever directly set out to put down another member. Anyone who takes themselves too seriously need not apply. We're basically looking for people that have a knack for PvP and are looking for friends to make the game more enjoyable.
Our Website is currently undergoing construction and will be finished after the holidays, the current link is here: http://www.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=227005&TabID=1912535

I like the limit. Good number, easy to work with. I've never been a believer in the "We're not a guild, we're a family (of 285 members)."
So how many of each class are you accepting?
I really like your confidence and how well though out your guild seems. I would really like to join a guild like yours when War is released but I dont want to join one before I start playing the game.
Sooooo..... This is a Jehova's Witness guild?
I wasn't going to go there Drytt...
But if you here them knocking on your door, I would suggest you draw a weapon and come heavy before answering.
Its tricky at this point. Currently our plan is to build two separate squads within the guild, one is to be called the Destiny squad and the other the Legend squad. Destiny will comprise itself of all the more defensive classes in the game while Legend will be all offensive. So people wishing to play tanks and healers will be on Destiny and people looking to play MDPS, RDPS, and healers will go on Legend.
These two squads are separated only to make voice communication easier for everyone; people with similar goals are allocated to the right squad and vent channel, and are the people you work with and speak to during RvR events in which the entire guild is present. The characters themselves in the game are all in the same battle group. All of this only happens during scheduled events where we would set out to have the maximum amount of players online and spend all night capturing and holding keeps for example. On casual "leveling days" everyone would be free to team with whom they want, chat in the same voice comm channel, ect...
So, to actually answer your question, lol. We're looking for just about every class right now with the exception of white lions and hammerers. The number of each class we are excepting is different. For example, we're looking to hopefully get 3 Ironbreakers, but we're only recruiting 1 swordmaster. Similarly, we're looking for 3 Witch Hunters but only 1 Warrior Priest. These numbers are derived from pre-release speculation of what the optimal team will be comprised of....
EDIT: You can find a list which classes and how many of each we're looking for on our website, in the information section under "Classes of Interest"
@Creative; I hope you will consider joining us whether it will be at release or now. I have this notion that pretty much every person looking for our type of guild is the kind of person we want. In other words, we advertise ourselves in such a way that the people who respond are usually only what we're looking for (dedicated players who are inherently good at PvP and almost obsessed with knowing everything there is to know about the game they play)...there is very little filtering to be done. So I suspect if you're interested in us then we're very interested in you. Less experienced players tend to be drawn to guilds due to size...

I think it'd be a bit of a tactical mistake to group chat by class. Squad grouping would be much more useful IMHO. If I was a tank, I don't really need to hear another tank elsewhere on the battlefield call out for heals. I wanna hear my own healers note their status. JMHO.
We don't group our chat channels by class, we do it exactly the way you said. Channel 1 is tanks and healers, channel 2 is DPS and another set of healers. Having 12+ people in one chat channel causes so much confusion that its often counteractive to our goal. So we set it up so our members can communicate easier only with whom they need to talk to during events where we are all on.
The Order of the Watchtower has officially joined The Concalve of Light! Together we will protect this world from the darkness that is so held bent on consuming it! Through glory and death alike our alliance will strengthen. Shoulder to shoulder we stand! We Fight! As one! For the rest of time...
