It's stereotyping for me to say this but...
I find a lot of the orient-themed games are beautiful to look at but hectic to play. 9 Dragons, for example, is a nice game but it's not for anyone looking to take it easy and hang out. This is my opinion, and many disagree with me.
As far as coming to the U.S., there are many games I'd love to see states side. Especially so with platform games. If you're able to find a contact email for the company making the game, send them an email. Many times they are able to reply in English if they wish to.
