    Sounds pretty cool, thanks! Is project torque out of beta already? I remember hearing about it a few months ago when I got a beta invite for it, but that's about it.

    I know aeria makes some of those craptastic item mall games, but thats about all I know about them.

    Hey, thanks for replying.

    Anyway, altairzq said there was another racing MMO called Motor City Online. Just one question, is it free?

    Also, daelnor asked is Project Torque still in beta. I'm not sure about that.

    Motor City Online is sadly dead, for some years now. But it was great, you could race with those old american cars and tune them... really good. Problem was with the lag and it seems with some cheaters, if I remember well. Here is some information:

    I would suggest Project Torque or Upshift Strikeracer. Project Torque gets a bit laggy but you can lower the quality to make the performances better. Upshift Strikeracer has good graphics but not as good as Project Torque and Upshift Strikeracer isn't as laggy as Project Torque. You have to choose for yourself.

    I'm playing KartRider... OMG this game looks like it's for children... only to become something very complex with  the drits and multiple boosts. I'd never imagined the innocent arrow keys could be so wicked... and those chinese players... god...

    Going to play a bit more. I'm hooked. Yes. No... I can quit anytime... right.

    Lol, yeah. KartRider's addictive. Played it for a while then I got bored so yeah......

    I have tried a couple of races in Project Torque. This game has a serious 3D engine and physics. Races are really long and feel very real, very good game in first impression. It also runs smooth in my computer which I consider to be mid-range, without changing the default settings. And looks good.

    drift city and project torque are great. Drift city Ive had on my desktop for ages now,its a decent little game to pop in and out of as you please.Reminds me of a cross between crazy taxi and jet set radio graphics and gameplay wise.

    Ive nebver tried kartrider-does it play like an online supermario kart?

    Yeah, Kart Rider's like Super Mario Kart but you can also drift and it's way funner to play. It'll keep you entertained for hours.
