Is Marvel Universe Online still being developed? I can't find any info on it at all.

Last I heard Marvel and DC are both putting together MMORPGs. However both are in their infancy I believe. But no news of them being canceled.
As for He-man based MMORPG...gah! Just call it 'Roid online'.

MUO is the perfect example of the crazy chaos mmorpg industry has become.
2005..Marvel sues Cryptic for violacion of its intelectual property.
2005..Marvel lose but Cryptic is enforced to delete any character that is similar to any marvel character.
2006.Marvel goes public on the agreement with Criptyc for developing MUO(WTF?? just a few monts after the sentence).
2007.Cryptic sells its property right of CoX to NcSoft.Ncsoft will maintain and develop CoX in the future.At this point it is almost logical Cryptic is saying "goodbye" to CoX and focusing all resources on MuO.
2007.5 Dec.Marvel announces MUO is cancelled(no further explanations no comments on Cryptic side).
Why did the hell Cryptic sold CoX just one month before MuO is cancelled??? They surely knew MuO was doomed.
Why did the hell Marvel looks for a developing company they just sued few months ago???
Why did the hell cant I turn big and green and shout:"Hulk is strongest one there is!! Hulk Smash puny Banner!!!"??? (well i guess im gonna have to keep trying)
I'd like to see an article that isn't speculation. I don't think that it is canceled because they made announcements about locations that were definitely in the game at ComicCon 07.
