Valnor,s halfing quest

Where in three rivers can I find a halfing for Valnor?  Thanks again

    If you take the road to Renton Keep from Three Rivers.

    On the left and right you have groups of 3 (maybe 4) bandits, just after those you will see a bandit camp downhill on the left. Maybe there, can't really remember.

    You know you have to kill mobs, just asking the obvious. :)

    The bandits in the 3-4 groups you mentioned will spawn randomly as different races if I remember correctly, so it usually is one or two halflings along the road.
