I dont feel sorry for this game

mindw0rkmindw0rk Member UncommonPosts: 1,356

There are games that make me feel sad for them dieing. Like Ryzom and Gods & Heroes. I played Fury, read forums and I dont feel bad that this game goes downhill. Maybe Auran will learn some lessons and next time focus on making a fun and polished game instead of releasing some crap just to make quick cash

    Ok, thnx for the tip.

And now, if u dont mind, leve us play Fury in peace and please dont post in this forum again. Since you dont like this game anymore, your posting effort would be much more appreciated on forums of games u play.

Wasnt a "i dont like this game cos..." post somewhere in this forum? somebody bump it plz!

Nah, no one can tell someone else where they can and can not post.  Some posters just feel empowered, or entitled.  HOWEVER!  I have noticed that if people whine enough about peoples posts, or the themes of posts they can get peoples posts removed.  Needless censorship ftl!

Hello, welcome to MMORPG.COM, a general mmorpg gaming forum. This means anyone has the right to state their opinions, good or bad, about whichever game they please as long as they are within the MMORPG.COM posting guidelines.

You are free to play Fury in peace. Noone's stopping you. However, looks like you're posting, not playing. You chose to come here and read. If you don't like what is said, offer a sensible rebuttal. Otherwise, the only thing I can suggest is I hear Fury has it's own official forums, where you will find more "glowy" reviews, I'm sure.

So, unless you are planning on buying or funding MMORPG.COM, telling anyone whether they can or cannot post in this forum again is laughable, and isn't going to make anyone any more likely to lend any credence to your opinion.

What i dont like to see is everyone that doesnt like teh gake opening a new thread to tell us his "horrible experience".

Please make a "i dont like this game cos..." thread and put there all your complaints.

    As i said: if (not exist) then (create);

BTW, those of you who "insult" the game are doing the same with players, as if u call retarded a game u are calling retarded all his players. (not talking about this thread, there are others much worse than this)

So dont yelll "you cant say that! omg! you can say that! you are at MMORPG.com! omg! god come and punish this guy!". You are telling us what to do, so will i. And if you are only "suggesting", so am i, so no problemo.

And dont worry about me, im only here cos official forums are down, when they get up again u wont see me again.

Funny, I happen to respect alot of posters here who play games that I think are total crap. Never once have they ever assumed I was calling them crap. If I call a game retarded, ignorant, uninspired, etc.; I'm talking about the game, not the players. And I think it's safe to say the majority of the players realize that.

Who yelled? Facts were stated in rebuttal to your statements.

I would be sad if this game died.  It is a really good PvP experience and that is what I game for.  It pains me to have to level in many other games just to be able to PvP in them.

Recently  the population is at one of the highest levels I have seen since release so the game is far from dead.  The Age of the Chosen was a great patch for the game in terms of stability and gameplay.

I played Fury for a month. When I quit, I came to the conclusion that I wish I'd got AIDS instead of playing Fury.

yes some people assume you have zero playing time on a game if you have a negative view of it, I tested fury from early alpha and watched the game slide towards oblivion. Hope more companies watch the downfall of games like this and maybe, just maybe take some damn notes and stop messing up games like this one.

Edit: And with this post, I'm done with the Fury boards. Auran tanked, Fury tanked, nothing to dispute any further. "

It appears that our good friend Zorvan is not quite " done with the Fury boards "

    Trolling
    • Posting excessive negative comments or baiting others to respond in a negative manner is considered trolling on the MMORPG.com forums.

For example: If there is one game that you did not enjoy, voicing your opinion is encouraged. Posting this opinion in every thread concerning that game to the point that it disrupts all other conversation is not tolerated.

My post was in response to another posters', therefore not trolling. It's called rebutting an argument. . By the way, my post was truthful, to the point, and well within the posting guidelines. Tiphe apparently had the wrong impression of what these boards are for. I helped him with that.

Thank you, and have a nice day.

I like what the OP has to say, I come here to see how a game is doing GOOD and Bad.

If it gets all good reviews, Ill buy a game and use other forums and sorces to learn what I need to know. however this site is just good for what it does.

As far as " good for fury that they fail " I'm not sure about that. Most ppl. don't come here to see ratings they just go to the store and read the back of the box and buy it if it sounds good, So games like this make money anyway !

Pretty much all mmo's are not 100% whats its cracked up to be at launch. It takes time and constant care from the devs and most of all the game's community to provide feedback to make the game the best it can possibly be. Knocking down a game cause it doesn't meet your expectations is just silly. If the game has the basis and the potential to be good and still manages to stay true to its core, then people should be patient enough to stick with the game and help it along. I am really enjoying this game, its fast, no grinding and there is so much variety on the skills and abilities you can use. Most of all it does not restrict to a 'class' you can try out different ones and even mixed them up to your liking without spending months grinding. Its a live and learn game, even if it means dying several hundred times :)

    /2 cents
