Just one box for either version. When installing it will be able to tell if you are running xp or vista.
The installation routine can determine what OS you're running at install time so most probably it will load the appropriate version (XP, Vista 32/64). Technically, only the binaries and the libraries will be different so there shouldn't be that much of a difference between versions (maybe 100mb?)
