well made it to level 46.5 and no more missions doable until 49 in howling maw, which will take you to 50, calculating the documented 36 broken or bugged missions that required gm intervention and were not handled (until up to a week later in some cases) on avg 2 days time, this left my getting credit for turn in on those missions at levels the exp did nothing for me. so now i have a level and a bit over half to grind out. not good.
as i have stated many times the customer service in this game stinks to high hell, great game, cool idea, lousy support, not a good mix. the new patch is on the test server but only 1 server gets high level content tested (character copy), some rotation thing......bad idea imo. having some wild email ping pong with these nc soft folks, really sorry group, as they do not understand the difference between "shortly" and three days later.
anyways, will grind till the patch comes out. the customer support in this game wears a person down with the lack of response, just when you get going ingame, you hit a storyline wall, and all the fun you were having just goes to $!%^&. be good.

I feel your pain, once you get to lvl 35 thats when all the broken quest missions start to catch up with you. Now that lost xp starts to catch up with you, i am starting to see that the game is a pretty good game, with minimal broken quest up to lvl 30. But after lvl 30 you can be prepared for some type of grind, and it seems the higher and higher you get the more the broken quest really start to affect you.
Im hoping that the next patch will resolve most of these issues, but im not one to complain, or to troll, but i feel your pain man.

A few levels back I had the same problem with a quest being bugged, I got an email days later, I just gave up, If thats the want they want to do things...
I want to talk to someone, I don't feel as it stands that they care about my problem. I like this game, hope it picks up.
to bad really, i liked the run so far, but hey what can you do with NC soft folks dealing out support the way they do. AOC in march, sub for TR ends in april, think i may have to write this one off due to customer support. be good, later folks.

I stopped my game experience at level 31. I just didnt see why I should sub out for another month since there is really nothing to strive to at this point.
I loved the game and concept, so rest assure, I will be back when I see some game improvements.
Hrmm i've heard alot about AoC but i really dont see any thing special there. It just kind of reminds me of LoTr sort of, again thats just me. Im waiting for Aion, yeahhhh baby, and i was hoping TR could hold me over until then but im starting to worry. There's just not to many good Rpg/mmo games out to play right now.

cant say that i will be back, again playing till sub is gone or aoc comes out. some things can ruin a game quickly, others wear you down with the constant stupidity and what seems to be a "who gives a shit" attitude with these nc soft folks. hope the new nc soft pres does some house cleaning, not that it matters anymore to me, back to grinding.

I finally made it to 30, been real casual on this one, and it's like slamming on the brakes. Not happy at all with the few skills and new weapons that i looked forward to for 15 levels.
I'm not sure if i'll play much more on this or not , I mean it has it's good points. But I will say no more Ncsoft lite mmo's for me. They just don't cut it after the initial rush is over.
I made it to 50 with TR, and tbh I'm more or less inactive 'til more content comes out.
In regards to the whole customer service issue, it's taken a big nosedive since release. Gone are the days when GM's would be happily chatting in General while fixing people's bugged missions. Now you submit a bug report and wait 24 hours to be told that you should update your ticket with more information and they'll get back to you in-game.
Very annoying, but I've reasonable hopes for this game. If nothing else, it'll hopefully keep me occupied 'til something better comes along.
