LF game with nice upgrading system

in LFGame

Im looking for a game with the following:

1. Upgrading (moderately complex) 

    Im playing RFonline atm, and those %chance of success is freaking me out!!

    So im looking for one with a more "easy" way to upgrade. One like Conquer online used to have

 

2.  Should be  FTP

3. Auction system :p

4. must be 3D

    There is no safe upgrading in perfect world from what i heard.

    u may not lose the item but u lose all the previous enchantments

    not kewl at all...

    i dont mind if there was alot of grind, but my luck is pretty bad.
