I noticed Blackbeard had a HEAVY Pirate population when I was looking at servers last night. Do you think this is going to be the trend across all servers? I'm going Spanish Freetrader and I feel like I'm going to be weaving my ship between pirates just to get from port to port. Although I chose Blackbeard because I figured a higher pirate population would mean less people were inclined to become Freetraders

Today the British population on Roberts is the Heavy one, everything else is Moderate. Blackbeard is Moderate in both British and Pirate numbers.
I predict you're going to see that the British and the Pirates will be pretty evenly populated on most servers.
So that means the "Heavy" "Moderate" etc. is just at that moment. So when you log in it could say "Low" and 15 minutes later be "Heavy".
