Are buddy passes included with retail?

in Pirates of the Burning Sea

The game looks great, but the mixed reviews have scared me off from buying it.  Just wondering if they include any buddy passes with the retail box.

    yup...just gave mine away to a guildie (buddy pass that is)

    Good to hear they have them - as they're a great way to help build a community early on. 

    Now I just need to cross my fingers for one...

    Lots of people looking for buddy keys, apparently.. 

    So, with that in mind:  Alms for the poor!  Alms for the poor!  Won't somebody, anybody spare a buddy key?  Please, sir, I've got nothing to eat - can you spare a few coins?  (whoops - Assassin's Creed flashback)
